The Last Song!

Milt and I went to see the movie, “The Last Song,” with Miley Cyrus. I know it is a “chick flick.” I was pleasantly surprised with the story. It took place in the beautiful state of Georgia. It made me want to go visit there. I have not ever been to most of the southern states. I didn’t know anything about the movie. It had a good message and I loved the beautiful song that was sung at the end of the movie. The lyrics are posted below. I really like these words:

” When I look At You I see forgiveness
I see the truth
You love me for who I am”

I love movies that make me feel better and have family values. And just like “The Notebook,” I did cry at the movie even though I did my best not to. Also, I think Milt and I were the oldest ones at the movie. There were lots of teenage girls who loved to talk during the movie. LOL!

When I Look At You

Everybody needs inspiration,
Everybody needs a song
A beautiful melody
When the nights so long

Cause there is no guarantee
That this life is easy…

Yea when my world is falling apart
When there’s no light to break up the dark
That’s when I, I…
I look at you

When the waves
Are flooding the shore and I can’t
Find my way home anymore
That’s when I, I…
I look at you

When I look At You I see forgiveness
I see the truth
You love me for who I am
Like the stars Hold the moon
Right there where they belong
And I Know I’m Not Alone.

Yea when my world is falling apart
When there’s no light to break up the dark
That’s when I, I…
I look at you

When the waves
Are flooding the shore and I can’t
Find my way home anymore
That’s when I, I…
I look at you

You appear just like a dream to me
Just like Kaleidoscope colors that
Cover Me, All I need every
Breath that I breathe don’t you know
You’re beautiful…

Yea Yea Yea

When the waves
Are flooding the shore and I can’t
Find my way home anymore
That’s when I, I…
I look at you
I look at you

Yea Yea Oh OH OH

And you appear Just like a dream
To me.
