Thanksgiving 2012

I made this adorable turkey vegetable platter.

I got the idea from:

I asked Kaylin if I could take her picture and she wanted to make a turkey shape with her hands.

Isn’t she adorable?  I love that girl!

She is posing with the dip I made to go with the relish tray.

It was made from light mayonnaise, fat-free Greek yogurt, plain and fat-free sour cream.

I added a package of Knorr’s vegetable mix with some parmesan cheese and McCormick’s Spice, Salad Supreme.

I hollowed out a cucumber and stuffed the dip into the middle and garnished them with flat leaf parsley that I grew in my front yard.

This turkey was really fun to look at and was gobbled up by all of us.
